InfoWars Journalist Jamie White Murdered in Austin, Texas

Austin, Texas – InfoWars journalist Jamie White was tragically murdered late Sunday night in Austin, marking the city’s eighth homicide of the year, according to law enforcement officials.

Austin Police Department officers responded to an emergency “shoot/stab hotshot” call just before midnight at an apartment complex in the 2300 block of Douglas Street. Upon arrival, they found a male victim in the parking lot with severe trauma. Emergency medical services (EMS) transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

By Monday afternoon, InfoWars founder Alex Jones confirmed the victim’s identity as Jamie White, a dedicated journalist who covered politics, entertainment, and current affairs.

“Jamie was a light we were blessed to experience as much as we did,” Jones said. “He’s a one-of-a-kind man who poured his devotion into anything he did.”

Investigation Underway, Suspects Identified

Authorities have launched a full investigation, but details remain limited. Detective Leah Ratliff told reporters that officers attempted to save White’s life but he succumbed to his injuries at 12:19 a.m. on Monday. Police have not confirmed whether White was shot or stabbed, and no motive has been publicly disclosed.

Jones, however, indicated that police had identified suspects and claimed they had relayed key details to InfoWars staff.

“I’m gonna leave it at that,” Jones said. “They didn’t want to tell us whether it was a stabbing or a shooting. I can just tell you that from the amount of blood I heard about, it was serious. They were there scrubbing his blood off the ground when our folks got there.”

Jones Blames “Soros-Backed” DA for Austin’s Rising Crime

In a fiery broadcast, Alex Jones placed part of the blame for White’s death on what he called “Soros-backed” Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza.

“You murdered Jamie White. You opened the door, you created the climate, you created conditions on purpose,” Jones said, criticizing the district attorney’s progressive criminal justice policies.

Jones compared Garza to other controversial prosecutors backed by billionaire George Soros, such as Alvin Bragg in New York City, and suggested that rising crime in Austin was a direct result of weak law enforcement policies.
