Theme of Trump’s address to Congress revealed

Trump to Address Congress, Unveiling ‘Renewal of the American Dream’ Vision

President Donald Trump is set to deliver his first major speech to a joint session of Congress since beginning his second term, with a focus on what he calls the “Renewal of the American Dream.” White House officials have outlined the key themes of the address, which will highlight his administration’s accomplishments, economic policies, border security initiatives, and global peace efforts.

According to senior White House sources, Trump’s speech will provide a comprehensive overview of his administration’s achievements both domestically and internationally. He will also emphasize his economic agenda, which includes reversing inflation and revitalizing U.S. manufacturing, as well as urging Congress to allocate additional funding for border security and immigration enforcement.

A Speech ‘Americans Won’t Want to Miss’

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt described the upcoming address as “must-watch television,” stating that Trump has “achieved more in one month than most presidents do in four years.” She noted that the president will take the opportunity to reflect on his administration’s rapid progress while outlining his forward-looking agenda.

During the speech, Trump is expected to highlight more than $1.7 trillion in new investments aimed at boosting American manufacturing and energy production. He will also underscore efforts to advance artificial intelligence and other key industries.

Strong Push for Border Security and Foreign Policy Priorities

The president will call on lawmakers to approve additional funding to enhance border security, including resources for deportations and continued construction of the border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

On the foreign policy front, Trump will present his strategy to “restore peace worldwide.” A senior White House official has confirmed that he will lay out a plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine while also addressing efforts to secure the release of hostages in the ongoing Israel-Hamas crisis.

Trump Teases Speech on Social Media

Ahead of the event, Trump took to his Truth Social platform to build anticipation, stating, “Tomorrow night will be big. I will tell it like it is!” A White House official responded by reinforcing that the president would “keep it real and speak the truth.”

The speech is scheduled for 9 p.m. EST on Tuesday before a full congressional audience. While not officially designated as a “State of the Union” address—since Trump has not yet completed a full year in office—it will serve a similar purpose in outlining his administration’s priorities and accomplishments.
